# Postmarkr

> Postmarkr is an online service that lets you send physical mail (USPS First-Class letters) without a printer, stamps, or a post office visit. Upload the required document or artwork, enter an address, pay, and Postmarkr prints, stamps, and mails it for you. Letter orders: Printed the next business day following payment. Your letter enters the mailstream by the next business day. USPS First-Class letter transit then typically takes 1-5 business days.

Not affiliated with Postmark (postmarkapp.com), the transactional email service — Postmarkr sends physical USPS mail.

## What Postmarkr Does

Postmarkr handles the entire physical mail workflow: document printing, envelope stuffing, postage, and USPS mailing. Letter uploads use one PDF (up to 49 pages, 5MB max), plus the address page we add. You can also import a .docx file in the letter editor on a desktop or laptop. Users enter recipient and return addresses, choose print options, and pay. Postmarkr checks both addresses for USPS deliverability before payment, then shows processing milestones in the dashboard, with USPS scan updates when available.

No software to install, no account minimums, no contracts. Pay per piece.

All-in starting price including the required address page and processing fee: $2.05 B&W / $2.52 color. Sent via USPS First-Class Mail.

- Each letter has a status timeline with USPS scan updates when available. Save any PDF available from its status page alongside your approved source document and the status record. It is not a Certificate of Mailing and does not show a USPS-confirmed mailing date.
- Not available: Certified Mail, Certificate of Mailing (PS Form 3817), return envelopes, Clio or API integration, or HIPAA commitments.

- Postmarkr is a community association mailing service for self-managed HOA and condo boards: annual meeting notices, budget and dues letters, special assessment letters, rule changes and courtesy reminders, mailed USPS First-Class from a PDF or a saved letter template.
- Bulk Send mails one letter to up to 100 owners and $1,000 per batch, filling mail-merge fields from a CSV after one proof approval; a larger roster is split into several batches. Bulk Send prints single-sided.
- Each letter has a status timeline with USPS scan updates when available. Save any PDF available from its status page alongside your approved source document and the status record. It is not a Certificate of Mailing and does not show a USPS-confirmed mailing date.
- Not available: Certified Mail, Certificate of Mailing (PS Form 3817), return envelopes, ballot packets, coupon books, checks, or integrations with CINC, Vantaca, AppFolio, Buildium or PayHOA.

- The hub includes a fictional CSV example separating the envelope mailing address from the rented property and unit; example addresses are not delivery-verified.

## How It Works

1. Upload a PDF for a letter, or import a .docx file in the letter editor
2. Enter recipient and return addresses (USPS-verified)
3. Choose B&W or color, single- or double-sided
4. Pay securely via Stripe
5. Printed the next business day following payment. Your letter enters the mailstream by the next business day.
6. Follow processing milestones in your dashboard, with USPS scan updates when available
7. Check the USPS transit estimate after mailing; delivery is not guaranteed:
   - First-Class letters: 1-5 business days

MCP assistant connection: ChatGPT on the web can use prepare_letter to save one unpaid plain-text letter and get_letter_status to read a known account-owned letter’s status. Custom-plugin access depends on the account and workspace. Have the letter text, recipient postal details and return postal details ready. ## Key Details

- Processing fee: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction (Stripe, passed through at cost)
- Payment: All major credit cards, no subscriptions required
- Privacy: Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. Uploaded documents and generated mailing proofs follow different retention lifecycles. Your documents are processed automatically. We never read or review the content of your mail.
- Address verification: Recipient and return addresses are checked for USPS deliverability before payment
- Quality remedies: We reprint and resend for print-quality issues; USPS-confirmed lost mail can be resent; contact support for returned mail. USPS delivery delays are not refundable.
