How much does it cost to print and mail a letter online?

How do I print and mail a PDF or Word document online?
Upload your document as a PDF (up to 50 pages). For a Word document, import the .docx file in the letter editor on a desktop or laptop. Our automated pre-flight system checks file formatting, fits A4 pages to standard US Letter, and alerts you to low print quality before you pay.
Will my printed letter include my custom letterhead, logo, and signature?
Yes. Your document prints in full high resolution exactly as approved in your digital proof, preserving all custom letterhead, corporate branding, embedded logos, and signatures.
Can I send bulk mail or the same letter to multiple recipients?
Yes. Bulk Send lets you upload a list of up to 100 recipients and send the same document to each one, priced at the standard rate per letter, with every letter's status in your dashboard.
Is sending physical mail online secure and private?
Yes. All uploaded documents are processed through 100% automated print lines. Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. Your files are never read, stored permanently, or viewed by human eyes.
Does Postmarkr support USPS Certified Mail?
Not currently. Postmarkr operates exclusively via USPS First-Class Mail to ensure the fastest, most cost-effective turnaround. Certified Mail and signature tracking are not available today.
Can I cancel or stop a letter after submitting it?
You can cancel any draft in your dashboard for free at any time before payment. Once paid, contact support immediately; if the letter has not yet entered the production line, we will attempt to stop it. Once queued for printing, orders cannot be canceled.
What happens if USPS loses my letter or it prints wrong?
If USPS confirms a letter was lost, we'll resend it for free. If there's a print quality issue, we'll reprint and resend for free.
What happens if an address is incorrect or returned to sender?
We validate all recipient and return addresses against official USPS databases before printing to catch missing suite numbers or typos. Mail returned as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address is not eligible for a refund or free resend. If USPS returns the letter, the dashboard shows Returned to Sender.
Can I get a refund once it has printed?
After printing, refunds are only available for a quality issue, mail confirmed lost by USPS, or an error made by us during processing.
