How refunds work at Postmarkr

We want you to be happy with every piece of mail. Here's how refunds work. For more details, see our Terms of Service or check the FAQ.
Before Printing
If your mail has not yet been printed (status: Draft, Pending Payment, or Paid), you can cancel for a full refund.
Use the "Cancel" button on your mail piece in the dashboard. The refund is processed immediately.
After Printing
Once printing has started, refunds are available only for:
- Quality issues on our part (poor print quality, wrong document printed)
- Mail confirmed lost by USPS (tracking shows lost, not just delayed)
- An error made by us during processing
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds are not available for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses you provided
- Mail returned as undeliverable due to address issues
- USPS delivery delays (we'll help investigate, but delays are not refundable)
- Change of mind after printing has started
How to Request a Refund
Before printing: Click "Cancel" in your dashboard.
After printing: Email hello@postmarkr.com with your mail piece ID and reason.
We review requests within 1-2 business days.
Refund Processing
Refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
