Terms of Service

By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction

Pay-per-use pricing: You pay for each piece of mail at the time of order. Prices are displayed before checkout and include printing, postage, and handling.

Payment processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards.

Refunds: If your mail has not yet been printed, you may cancel for a full refund. After printing, refunds are only available if there is a quality issue on our part or mail is confirmed lost by USPS. We do not refund for mail returned due to incorrect addresses you provided. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Price changes: We may change our prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed and paid.

You agree not to use Postmarkr to:

• Send mail that violates any law or regulation (spam, harassment, threats, fraud)
• Send mail containing illegal content, hate speech, or obscene material
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Send mail to recipients who have asked you to stop
• Attempt to circumvent our systems, access other users' accounts, or interfere with our service

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or report illegal activity to authorities if we believe these terms are violated. See our Acceptable Use Policy for full details.

Mail is sent via USPS First Class Mail. Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days for domestic U.S. addresses, though actual delivery times depend on USPS.

We are not responsible for mail that is lost, delayed, or damaged by USPS after it leaves our facility. We provide tracking information when available.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POSTMARKR AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

By you: You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Any pending unpaid orders will be canceled.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. We will attempt to notify you but are not required to do so.
